Dragging this thread from the grave....anyone know what happened to Wolff's ring? I have heard stories...?

His ring is out there. The story that I’ve heard from the last Max Show is that it’s currently in a private collection somewhere in Russia.

Bob Joslin (RIP) in Seattle picked up several of Karl Wolff's uniform items and his aide's peaked cap from Wolff's former secretary who had married a vet and was living and working for the National Guard in Tacoma. She had brought his suitcase (s) when she moved to the US. Josh invited me over and showed them to me when he picked them up.

She had had his peaked cap but couldn't locate it, said the kids had been wearing it and it was apparently lost. The uniform items went several directions to various collectors, in and out of Seattle.
