London air-raid info required (Feb 1944)

A colleague of mine is looking for information concerning a relative who died in a raid on London in 1944.

My friends mother lost a sister in the raid. Her details are as follows:

Caroline Holmes
of 116 Shaftesbury Street, London

Date of raid: 19 February 1944

I understand that the raid was part of the 'Little Blitz' between January and April 1944 that left 1,000 Londoners dead.

I'm looking for two types of information:

1. Any info regarding the Luftwaffe unit(s) involved, and

2. Caroline Holmes' body is buried in Shoreditch Metropolitan Borough Cemetery. Can anyone tell me where this is located?

Hi Kevin, with regards to the cemetery, Shoreditch is now classed as part of Hackney after local Govt reorganisation in the 1960's. So the name of the cemetery might well have gone with it. Hence the problem of finding it today?
