German military hospital in Metz

Hello!

Can anyone tell me the name, unit designation of the German military hopital in METZ, France. I have been there a few times. There is a civil hospital and a very large French military hospital. I suppose that this is the same hospital used by the German s during the war.

How can I find out which unit, or designation the hospital had???

Tessin states that Wehrkreisarzt XII and Sanitäts Abteilung Metz were stationed in the city. He does not specifically mention any field hospital.

Here is the exact unit designation.

Genesende Komp. Inf. Ers. Btl 164 Metz/Muehlen. Muehlen is a small village outside of Metz.

Is there any medical units listed there?
