RK des KvK recipient ? ? ?

Hello all,

Well, it looks like he has the RK des KvK around his neck but I am not too sure. Pulled this image from another thread about captured POW's and I believe this man is from the 1st Infantry division. Take a look and perhaps you guys can identify him for me. Thank you.

Hello again,

Here is another view. This does not show the neck award, but it does provide a great side facial view. Perhaps we can find out exactly who he is. I believe this surrender took place in Karlsbad, Czechoslavakia. Thanks again in advance.
