"St. / Mar.Bordfl.Abt." = "Stab / Marine-Bordflak-Abteilung" [= "Staff / Navy onboard anti-aircraft artillery detachment].
It doesn't say which one; there were several Marine-Bordflak-Abteilungen, but since he was KIA in the Mediterranean Sea in Dec. 1942, I would say it has to be Marine-Bordflak-Abteilung Süd (raised in 1941, staff based at Naples, Italy). On 1 June 1943, it was split into the 1. Marine-Bordflak-Abteilung Süd (staff moved from Naples to Genoa-Nervi) and the 2. Marine-Bordflak-Abteilung Süd (staff moved from Naples to Castellammare).
