Is there anyone who can point me in the direction of the date when Gustav Kastner - Kirdorf was promoted from Generalleutnant towards General der Flieger ?

According to "Die Rangliste der Generale der deutschen Luftwaffe", Gustav Kastner-Kirdorf was promoted to General der Flieger on 1.7.1941 (7) as Chef des Amtes für Vollstreckungs und Gnadensachen der Luftwaffe.
