    Researchng a Totenkopf officer's tunic

I have been doing some research on a black SStunic I have owned for several years. It is a tunic for a Hauptsturmfuhrer of SS Totenkopf Standarte Thuringen. The tunic has an alterkampfer winkel and loops for three breast badges. The owner was definitely not a WWI veteran as their is not provision for a ribbon bar. It is likely that all of the breast badges were sports related. None of the loops would fit a Gold Party Badge. The following is my list of candidates:
    Hans Zeying SS#276137
    Kurt Weisse SS# 129822
    Hans Meyer SS#48462
    Albert Stahlmann SS#11199
Due to the alterkampfer winkel, I believe Meyer and Stahlmann are the most likely candidates. Of the four, all but Meyer have files at the National Archives in Washington DC.
My question is how to I access these archives? Is there another source for the missing information on Meyer?
Any help will be really appreciated.

College Park MD is the facility, buy the microfilm rools that contain the names for each and whatever BDC file they have will be on there.

For those interested, the tunic is now posted on the SS Forum. Thanks to Paul v for posting the photos for me.
