SS mann Rettcke

The name Rettcke appears on the neck guard of a very nice SS DD M-35 helmet dated 1937 on both dome stamp and chinstrap. Officer or enlisted? Judging from the early date maybe some info might come up. TY Jerry

I checked my copy of the SS Officer's DAL for 1935 and the name does not appear. Perhaps someone else can look at the later years to see if he is listed. If not then he is probably an EM or NCO.
