Who was head of the NSBO

Greetings All,
In my research on the Nazi Party's NSBO I was looking to see who was the head of the organization. I got some confusing results, several names were mentioned among them Johannes Engel, Reinhold Muchow and a Schumann. does anyone know who the real head of the NSBO was? A photo would also be nice.

according to angolias and littlejohns book,"labor organizations of the Reich" the national NSBO leader was Walter Shumann,here is a picture of him from page 14 from the book,its a copyright picture so if there is a problem with me posting the picture i will remove it.
