In Horst Scheibert's book, DIE 6. PANZER-DIVISION, 1937-1945 he lists Oberst Zollenkopf as the Kdr. on 12.12.42.

In Scheibert's book DIE TRÄGER DES DEUTSCHEN KREUZES IN GOLD he lists that

Oberstleutnant Helmuth Zollenkopf was awarded the DKiG on 28.2.42 in Schützen-Rgt. 114 and I would assume he was Kdr. at this time as well.
