Would anyone be able to help me with three fieldpost numbers noted in a photograph album that I just purchased? Two are LW and the third is possibly WH. The time frame for all three numbers would be around August 1942:

L28584
L28651
23691

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

L28651 - 2.Kp. LW Bau-Btl.8/III

Hi Simon,

Thanks for your reply. Actually, there is - the letter A - which I assume would denote Stab und Stabskompanie IV. Bataillon/Feldregiment der Luftwaffe 1? I had suspected the album belonged to Luftwaffen-Division Meindl, so this does confirm my thoughts to some degree. Thanks again for the assistance.
