Herbert von Hartz???? Blood Order #250

Can anyone assist me in locating info on this guy? I have his Blood Order Medal and would like further i8nfo about him.
So far all I know is:

Herbert von Hartz belonged to the 8. Minenwerfer-Kompanie/II. Bataillon of the Bund Oberland, a very pro-nazi Freikorps that participated in Hitler's and NSDAP's infamous Beer Hall Putsch of November 9, 1923.

Born in Ingolstadt 20.4.1904 and died Augsburg 6.12.1989 and he was married to a Maria Gräfin Waldbott von Bassenheim.

If that info is correct. Can any give me more info on either the man or his military unit?

It sounds like a great piece! Many of the first pattern Blood Orders were awarded to Bund Oberlanders as they took part in the 9.11.23 action.
I've had a lot of success having Robert McDivett find BO holders' files for me--I would certainly check with him.
