I am seeking a few good uniform shots of Lt. General Alexander Borquin.
Borquin was born in Jamaica and emigrated to Germany to fight in the First World War. Following the surrender, he stayed on in the military into and through the Second World War serving mainly as an instructor at Military Schools. In 1943 he gained active command and for a short period of time commanded a Luftwaffe Field Division. Borquin's late war career gave him command of Jaeger units. I own one of his tunics stillat the rank of Mjor General. Due to an odd grouping of loops for breast badges, I am looking for original photos to rebuild his decorations and ribbon bar. I do have some of his service recordsd listing decorations but I do not believe it to be complete.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
