anyone no what unit this feldpost number belonged to in the autumn of 1944. I Have several letters from that unit and would like to do some research. Thank You !

Thanks, Ian.. But if the letters were written in the autumn of 1944 wouldn't it have to be the Italian based unit that Francois mentioned ?

The Italian unit was formed 5.6.1944, the other unit was formed during 1943 so both are possible in 1944.
However, the Art.Rgt. does show that seperate Batteries are denoted by extra letters, Italian unit does not.
A - Stab IV.
B - 10 Battr.
C - 11 Battr.
D - 12 Battr.
