Hiroshi Oshima & german officers

Hi all,

I'm proud to show you my latest photos: Japanese ambassador Hiroshi Oshima and several German officers/generals while visiting the Soldatenfriedhof Langemark (Belgium). Unfortunately, the reverse has no writings. The Japanese ambassador has the 'Order of the Rising Sun' breast star (1st or 2nd class?) on his right side but also the grand cross of the Order of the German Eagle on his left side.

My question here is: does anyone recognize the German persons surrounding him? It seems the person in the middle is wearing a enamel-like cross, at least it's not a knight's cross. I don't have a clue right now...

Is there no one who can help/teach me in this case? I hope to identify the cross on the person in the middle and any names of the German officers/general. I'm on a dead end now...

I believe that the officer on the right is GFM Keitel.
