Today I got the light brother from my early Assmann PB made from aluminium. His weight is 12,2 g the hook is undamaged.

Another great addition my friend! Lovely early Assmann in aluminum, usually these are either in mint condition or worn and broken. Yours seems to be a nice worn example but fully intact, which is great to see on such a fragile early badge like this. Beauty!

Yes, a very very rare case.
Not to be confused with the early fll case as it’s slightly different.
Will be a tough challenge finding that case loose.

Thats a GWL pilot case and a very early. These were not attributed to assmann. Here 2 variants thats will be perfectly fit, the first one being share with deumer. Also any first brick pattern with single imprint.

Hi Seb, are you sure? If it's a barrel hinge, then no way it's for a GWL as that would need a round opening for the hinge.
