Hello,

it is a very nice clasp and the black colour looks belivibel.
But who knows when the black colour is applied?
The real deal is the night fighter clasp with the maker mark R.K.

The finish of that satin black color looks very period to me.
Most of the postwar clasps have gloss black.

I also like the black color of the finish, however as Hein says impossible to be 100% sure when it was applied unfortunately.

Late war zinc clasps could be found with glossy black so don't let that be a deal breaker
