I recently got these two enamelled LW 'Staffel- o. Traditions-Abzeichen' but could not find any reference for them......can you pls. assist me with a possible identification?

The blue pin on the left refers to 4/KG76. I am sorry but I cannot identify the pin on the right.

That is correct! The unit pin on the left is from KG76, 1.Gruppe, 4. Staffel.
I cant help with a unit for the pin on the right. It does show all characteristics from a period made pin from maker M. Fleck & Sohn, Hamburg. The 'M' is only stamped for 50%.
In my opinion two very nice, and above all, very rare unit pins!

The right hand stickpin has the outline shape of the coat of arms of Kiel so may actually be KM related or a LW unit stationed there
