The badge is original but the hinge has been reattached, there are cracklines aside the eagle.
Maybe the catch has been reattached too, normally Assmann used much solder and the fixing of the hardware rarely displays well, but here the catch is soldered below the level of the backplate, strange to see that, a close photo in full focus of the catch could helpComment

I think the catch too is replaced, imo both the catch and the original solder around have been removed, and the catch has been reattached with just a little amount of solder. You can still see where the original solder was placed.
There are no cracks around the hinge, what I though to have seen in the previous photos was just a shadow.Comment

The catch is 100% replaced, no doubt about it.
The hinge and pin look original, but have been resoldered IMO.
