Hi Joe,
There is no imperfection in the eagles beak - The leg you speak of does not have great definition and the details are light but there. The scans I posted have a yellowish hue to them - I tried but I couldn't get it out. The wreath is very patinated so it takes on a yellowish color on my scanner.

Thanks Eric, for the update on the discrepancies on color and image. This is good information. The catch also is consistent with Lorenzo’s example. Looks good, enjoy.
