AGREED, an original GWL Observer in great condition. Textbook as Alex says, but I would just double check the catch for a repair, the solder around the base looks a little odd.

Good GWL, the white finish look gone on the wreath, maybe cleaned. A good close up the catch would help as the solder look different.
