I have been offered this Juncker 2nd pattern para.
I don't really have doubts about it's originality but I have difficulties determin the type.
I'm looking for a para suitable for a pré May 1940 display so it has to be an early example.
I don't think it's a type D because the wreath is broader and the eagle is different.
It has an F type eagle but not the hinge and catch of a type F.
Only logical conclusion is a type E but that's supposed to have an unmarked eagle.
Also the wreath doens't seem nickel silver to me unless I'm wrong.
Curious what type this could be and if it matches what I'm looking for.
