Help with Luft Flak and Ground Assault

I would appreciate opinions on these two badges I found locally. Neither of them have manufacturer markings. Are they originals? If original, what is the approximate value of each one?

Hello TK! Flak is zinc Wilhem Deumer and LGAB is attributed to Hammer & Sohn minus the applied eagle and both good IMO.

Thank you danamarie for the comments. Any other opinions? How about approx. values? I plan on listing these two badges on the estand late next week. I recently bought out and old collection and cannot keep everything. I do not know badges well.......
