    That's been the going price for these for quite some time now.

      6000 and up and it might be a good one .., yes, no, maybe, sure .. ?
      Looks good, but ..

      Duh ..

      Stuff like this should be 1000%, no discussion, visions, reactions, just a fact.
      A known piece, no this and that..
      I see things moving around here for 20 or 30 K, but there's always something, doubt, but, it looks a bit this, that ..
      Solid proof .. or just the gamble, fed by opinions..
      I knew a guy who had 3 sniper masks, the first one was given thumbs up, so he used it as example ..the other 2 looked the same, but all 3 were fake..
      Where to start..
      So, solid proof I would want in case of a "difficult " badge.

      Jos.

          Here Bicho. From an Otto Schickle catlog. How much better can you get than that? And those are OS Spain Crosses so...

            Drawings, Brian, or photogravure? Whichever, interesting to see the slightly different tilt to the swastikas on the center medallion.

              Smart guy! Photogravure. Remember Rick Research AKA Lundstroim? He explained all that to me...

              Cool no? Compare the SK's to the photo, perfect matches. Now if only they all did that.

              iPad does not take the sharpest photos.

                Thanks for the confirmation.

                With every passing day, I grow further convinced that we know a lot about a very few things and very little about a great many more.............

                  Brian, thank you very much you are very kind. those photos are a great help. Do you think it is original? I'm not going to buy this piece if I'm not sure of its originality. I also do not have 6000 euros, but the seller is willing to negotiate.

                    I agree with what Jos said, who knows? So many fakes. If it matches the Otto Schickle catalog then great. Or a very well documented grouping. Other than that? I personally would not spend that much money on it. In this hobby you have people who try to prop up the values of items like this because they "own one". I don't care who "owns one". It doesn't make it any more real or fake because a long standing member her owns one, has owned one, or "thinks" it is ok.

                    Opinion = Value of $0.00.
                    Proof = Value of $9,999.99

                    Bicho would you pay that much in Euros for something that has no real tie to authenticity? Let it get proven then buy it. Don't pay top dollar and have a worthless trinket in your collection.

                      This is the kind of proof I need to make me (that is me, not you, not trying to convince or make anyone else "comfortable") comfortable. Everyone has their own comfort levels and everyone buys whatever they want for whatever price they want.

                      Mine is marked 800 on the pin which is why I asked about the one you showed.
