    Award table to a Geschwader

Perhaps they were never as crowded as this but I have seen some nice period photos of Luftwaffe award ceremonies so I put one together with my cased awards. Unfortuately not all fitted on.

Very impressive Rich. This really does look like the award ceremony pics I have seen.

    Great collection.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

All you need is bigger table! You have more awards than for one ceremony, I guess. Very nice.

        Thanks, Tom.

Although my main error is placing pliots badges as I believe they would have been awarded at Flight school on completion of training whereas the other badges could be awarded 'on the job'.

            Very very nice display !

The one picture of a award ceremony I have seen, is looking very much like this with the paper award documents to the cased awards also on the table.

What a great idea, Rich. I love it. Some award documents would be a nice touch as well.

I have seen enough Qualifications Badges awarded after guys were already flying combat sorties. So, I think it's fine to include a few pilot badges.
