Very worn original FLL Pilot (or maybe Pilot Observer) Badge. Perhaps ground dug? Looks like zinc but hard to be certain in this condition without handling the badge.

An original for me as well, but in very poor condition. I think the catch is replaced, and looks like someone also painted the wreath to try and cover up the repair.
FLLs are some of the most common Pilot Badges to find, so I would personally pass on this one and find a nicer example.
