I was browsing the net looking for goblets and found this one is coming up for auction. Craig's photos look pretty good, the ding doesn't appear to be nearly as bad as pics here suggest. I'm curious to see what an oak leaf winner's goblet will bring. http://www.cgmauctions.com/detail.as...er-Stuka-Pilot

It will be interesting. Unfortunately, I think that the market is "soft" now. There will be plenty of "tire kickers". When I had it up for sale I had many absurd offers of $3K-$4K (about what one would expect for an alpaka DkiG holder), but nothing reasonable with the exception of the current owner's trade. Of course, the same tire kickers sent PMs after it was sold, making "offers" that higher than the initial asking price?!!!
I will be curious to see what it brings as well. I am very happy with the trade I got and thought it was very fair and reasonable by Blizo. Perhaps the longer auction time will yield a better price of what should be appropriate for such a cool goblet.

Auctions starts 9/16. I guess I will put in some bids on that goblet as well as the other one.
