day fighters clasp

Don't know much about these, first thing I noticed comparing to others was that the arrow is pointing in a different direction.
What are the experts thoughts on this piece?

Hi Mike,

Indeed, this is a fine original Long Range fighter clasp, much less common then short range fighters and therefore typically more expensive. But you can sometimes get these cheap from dealers that don't know the difference
