GWL para badge on Estand

Gentlemen,

I saw this badge I'm interested in on Estand:

I know nothing on these so paranoia rises...

The seller is a true Gentleman and a great Collector whom I had the pleasure to deal with previously.
He kindly proposed me to post the badge for evaluation here.
