    Would this Krim shield be correct for the wartime period or is it a post war manufacture?

      It's an original Krimschild, but I can't tell from the pictures if the backing cloth is actually Luftwaffe Feldblau or Heer Feldgrau.

          Good one and I do not reckon the backing is Luftwaffe but Heer, maybe better pictures could help to clarify this
