    Flak Badge - marked WH

    Good day folks

I'd like to share this flak badge. It is marked WH. I'm not sure I like it. What do you think?

If it is the real McCoy it will be offered to the forum as it isn't my area of collecting interest.

    Many thanks

    James

Well this flak is a good WH canon base but missing the good eagle. This eagle is a good FLL which have been attached (glued or soldered) to it after loosing the first one.... The reverse hardware is not original to the badge and have neen replaced.

Agree with Seb's analysis. This is a basement remake using original base and eagle from two different wartime badges, then applying decidedly postwar hardware.
Its what one might call a Frankenstein. It is not a badge that "purist" collectors would want in their collection, but it is constructed of mostly original parts.
