Not one I've seen before, certainly not one of buy on these photos. Obverse looks like a Wallpach while the reverse looks like a cross between GB and Hammer.

I agreed its look a weird copy to me as well.

It seems more a fantasy than a copy, eagle and clouds don't have a big appeal anyway

No doubt a fake. I have seen quite a few of these Arno Wallpach obverses, but with soldered on hardware over the last year or so, so someone is cranking these out
