Bomber clasp RS&S in silver

Hi guys,
another hard to find example of RS&S clasp. In my opinion catch wasn't ever installed and crimped. Probably factory find by GI.

Nice original clasp indeed. The catch was installed for sure but broke off. You can see the remains of this on the side of the plate that was crimped.

Hi Andrei,

No doubts for me either, an original silver grade with the catch broken off. You can see exactly where the catch broke, its rough and the color is different than the surrounding silver-finished surfaces.
