After seeing loads of IAB,GAB,Pilot,Observer,EK,DKiG's etc.etc in photos ,I think it's very refreshing to see one single (rather mysterious) badge popping up..I really enjoyed and it almost feels like a mystery solved.
It's one of those little treasures that can be found ,like Jacques showed us..

Good find and a great addition to the hobby and even to history IMO.
