    Cased Bronze Recon Clasp

    Hello All,

I am just about to purchase this cased Bronze Recon Clasp, but thought that I would post some images here so that I could get your comments.

Both look ok to me after an hour or so looking at good examples of originals on the forum but I am no expert and the fakes are sometimes very good

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Kefru,

Both case and clasp look good. I would just check the hinge to make sure there isn't a repair, looks a little different than the rest of the clasp, but hard to be sure from just this one reverse shot.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

Thanks for the closeups of the hinge, textbook original with no repairs.

              Nice clasp, a keeper.
