Boxed BSW pilots badge

This is another plots badge from the same person as the GWL.

Not sure of the presentation box, I feel it's a repo.

Not liking the beak/bill of the eagle it looks deformed but that's all I see that looks off.

Just need a couple more eyes to make sure I don't make a mistake on this or the GWL.

Thank you all for your opinions. I have no idea about this dealer because he's from the UK. I seen his web site while searching pilot badges for sale and was intrigued with these two badges. I knew the price was lower than most pilot badges sell for but some times there is a deal to be had, even on a web site. The two Luft badges I posted are from the web site Spandau Militaria.
