The first clasp posted does not look like any recognised authentic type I know of; the silver Osang looks good but sharper images and close up images of the details would be helpful for certainty.
Others with more knowledge will be here soon I am sure!

I can only agree with Tim and Seb, the first clasp you show is a fake.
The Osang is a fine original.
