first off you are in the wrong forum. Right underneath this one is the war badges forum, this belongs there.
Bad news is that most of us here think that RK erdkampf with this type of eagle are repros. Try a search under RK Ground Assault and you´ll find a few threads dealing with these.

I agree with Skip's sentiments on this, not only the eagle if I remember but the lighting bolt, wreath etc there's even contention over the paint on these.
