I want some opinions on the Transport clasp in Gold.
    Thanks.

Personally, I think it is a worn bronze class.

      Looks good.
Looks more like gold than bronze to me.

Looks more gold than bronze to me as well, although the unfinished pin would tend to support Rich's opinion of the bronze grade.

Whats up the reverse of the swatika, is it painted black? Or perhaps missing altogether??

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

Looks a bit to rich for bronze, but probably easier to tell in hand.
Attractive clasp. Also curious about the black reverse swaz?

The Buntmetall swastika is missing. The reverse of the swastika that we see, belongs to the seperately attached eagle.

Do you think it was made that way - without the tombak swastika or do you think this has be denazified and then the eagle replaced to nazify again?

                  Is that a serious question?

                    Yes, of course it is.

In that case, no I don´t think it was made that way!
Buntmetall badges/clasps sometimes have production related cracks, and perhaps, in this case, the crack caused the swastika to fall off. Or the clasp was denazified and somebody restored it by attaching a new, black eagle.

I think the latter scenario is the true one. Like you said, manufacturing stress cracks happened but I doubt the swastika was damaged, malformed or fell off. Of course one would really need to see the clasp personally to made that decision.
