Good one for me as well, hard to say the grade as there is no finish left

Good RSS for me as well. As Seb stated, it's hard to say which grade it is. Is that cleaner residue inside the hinge crimping? It is that just zinc pest.

Imo the very rare bronze variant.

Never thought of the possibility but it could have been liberated from a factory before finish was applied (?) as I see no signs of wear. The whole center motif looks fuzzy from the pest? The only sign of possible finish I can see is at the base of the hinge.

                Hi Greg,

A fine original for me as well.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

Hi guys, I missed out on it, it was at the DNW auction today and I was in work so had to leave a bid, I was the under bidder.
Pity as its a nice clasp.
I did win a rare Heer flak though
                    Cheers - Greg
