    Juncker flak badge J3 ok?

Today I have got this flak badge directly from the vet widow. IMO it is an original J3 with nice patina. Juncker maker mark is very soft.

This badge is embalm of the poor quality of Juncker flaks. While some are crisp and gorgeous, many, many badges look like they could have been sand cast. If this was a different badge we might jump all over it screaming CAST FAKE! But it just goes to show how very important badges directly from vets are for authentication, as well as the overall consistency of these badges. The J3 in particular is rough, likely due to it being a very late die based on progression and most found in zinc.
