Cloth badges are notoriously difficult but the rather sloppy detail would make me err on the side of caution with this example.

The SAME bird showed-up on a 'Pilot' badge further on down this page.

The SAME opinion on 'this one' as well...."No" ! It's a 'reproduction' trying to be a 'P.O'.

- Stiching & pattern are all wrong as-well-as, the back appearance.
