At first sight i would think BSW. But not really 100% sure.
Strange that there is no place to fit the hinge, maybe for smaller types like the hinge of a GWL....

usually can see inside OM pilots, but few times I see in flat early deumer pilots...

Early BSW for me. It's the only maker that fits correctly in it, plus later BSW cases are very similar but without the raised base.
