Interesting. Extremely black eagle and the catch and hinge barrels are frosted. Is that really what "mint" looks like?

How were these badges frosted? RK's through a chemical process to the silver, what about these?

I have never ever seen a Juncker in this condition. The wreath finish looks like what you would expect on a GWL. Is this really what they looked like when awarded?
