Unit Pin - Need Assistance Please

I wanted to share these photos and enlist the help of those who are more experienced in this area than I.

The piece is fairly consistent with another I've seen, although some details are off. But I've seen slight variations in other pins, so....

Any insight you could provide here would be greatly appreciated.
