Osang Schlachtflieger and Jäger clasp silver

Hello,

Today I found these two clasps together in Germany, one nice original Jäger clasp in Silver by G.H.Osang in stunning condition.
And one Schlachtflieger clasp in silver, also marked with G.H.Osang, but with the round style script. I'm not familiar with the Schlachtflieger examples and would like to get some opinions.

The Jäger is good and the Schlachtflieger is fake IMO. Just compare the hardware and as you stated, its got the round "O" in Osang.

Hi Jim,

I can only agree with MB, the Jager is a gorgeous original. Textbook Osang in every regard.

The Schlacht though is another story. Very soft edges, weird looking base metal and finish, soft cutouts, crappy rivetting and postwar-looking reverse hardware are all red flags. Oh, and the maker mark also doesn't look good
