Patrick is correct, and in my honest opinion makes an honest wartime piece uncollectable. It's been molested.

Can that also be the case with the round O Osangs??? At least in some cases, I mean.

                Hi guys,

I think Patrick hit the nail on the head with this one, an original FLL ROAG but with a fake Juncker mark added to it. I think the eagle has also been repainted with new black paint.

Ludwig, I think this is a little different to the round O osang clasp. In this case, we have an original badge put together by FLL, but then with a fake mark added.

With the round O Osang clasps, I personally don't think they were put together by Osang because the hardware, rivet, cutouts and finish are different than original Osangs in my opinion. The clasps themselves seem OK with good detail, so perhaps they were leftover planchets that were found. But someone did much more work to them than just add a weird maker mark IMO. I have been told recently that Osang did make badges postwar, and there are some dealers that don't trust anything marked Osang because of this fact. Whether this is true or not, I don't really know.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little
