Are the areas circled in red any inidications that this is a fake. The pin being a different color than the hinge, the location of the makers mark and the space between the eagles legs?

Hallo Carl,

Yes it is indeed a fake, as you mentionned the MM, hinge and rivets are not juncker original but also the eagle and the wreath are different. The finish have not the frosty and the presence of an original either.

I can only agree, this one is a fake.

I wouldn't be too concerned about the small details that you are pointing out such as the different colors of the hinge or the space between the legs, because these can sometimes be found on originals.

Rather, concentrate on the big picture. Compare the wreath and eagle design to an original Juncker, you will see that they are quite different and that is the biggest red flag. Then the maker mark and finally the small details you are noticing. All of it adds up to this one being fake.
