This badge was posted here before but now I want to hear some opinions regarding the case. The interior looks like a typical OM but the badge isn't fitting it well. Am I wrong and the case isn't for OM badges?

I like the case, no doubt for me that it is OK.
As far as it being an "OM" case, I am not sure. I too have heard this type of case belongs to OM badges, but have never read anything to support that claim. I would love to know what it is based on.
I will say that this type of case it pretty uncommon. OM pilot badges are also pretty uncommon, so that could be a commonality they both share.
