    New Addition - Deumer ROAG

    Hi guys,

This one just landed and thought you might like to see it. A very nice, well preserved Deumer Radio Operator/Air Gunner badge by Deumer. Textbook in every aspect IMO, and I am really happy about the condition of the finish, especially since its a zinker. Hope you guys like it as much as I do.

Incredible condition, Tom! Something that well preserved must have spent the entire time is a case...did it not come with one?

              Congratulations, I love it!

                Hi guys,

Somehow I knew you guys would like this one.

Richard, there was no case at all, and I too am very surprised that it has lasted in this condition without being protected like that. The story from the seller is that this one came out of California in an estate sale of an old actor. I just googled the name, and he apparently fought with Patton across Europe. This badge looks completely unworn, so he must have picked it up from a warehouse or retail shop and then kept it very well protected the last 70 years. Just amazing.

                Thanks guys.

                Tom
